Edward Revak’s love for food began at an early age. Cooking with his mother, followed by the introduction to wine by his parents, ignited his passion for the culinary world. As an adult, he enjoyed sharing his love of food by cooking lavish meals for friends. His degree in food service management and his experience working in upscale restaurants and hotels increased his knowledge and expertise in the field. Edward’s 30-year career in the alcohol industry was accentuated by travel to many countries where he visited wineries and enjoyed different cuisines and cultures. After meeting his wife Jody, their mutual love for entertaining friends and family has become almost an obsession. They’re excited to turn this obsession into a place where they can share their passion with you.
